PRODUCT RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

 

NGEN SMOKE LLC values our relationship with you.  We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  If 

for any reason, you want to return a product you have purchased from NGEN SMOKE LLC, you can return the product to 

us.  The following policy applies to all returns, refunds and exchanges.

Product Returns

Any product may be returned within thirty (30) days of purchase, provided that it is in unused, like-new condition.   If 

thirty (30) days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

All returned products must be returned in the original packaging, including all items originally packed with the product.  

Products must be well packed in order to protect against loss or damage.  The original customer receipt must be included 

ALL RETURNS REQUIRE THE ORIGINAL SALES RECEIPT.
 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned 

item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be 

processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of

days.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 63 Buck Rd, East Brunswick, NJ, 08816, United States.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  We will pay for shipping ONLY 

if the product is being returned due to an error in processing or shipping, or the product is defective.  Otherwise, you are 

responsible for paying the shipping charges for any items returned or exchanged.

Products returned more than thirty (30) days from the shipping date will not be refunded or returned to you.  We 

recommend that you insure the shipment against loss or damage.  You should consider using a trackable shipping service 

or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damanged Items and Shortages

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  Please report any damaged or missing items within seven (7) 

days of delivery by emailing us at info@ngensmoke.com.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send your item to: 

63 Buck Rd, East Brunswick, NJ, 08816, United States.  

YOU MUST INCLUDE THE ORIGINAL SALES RECEIPT.  Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Cancellations

Changes to or cancellations of orders must be reported to NGEN SMOKE LLC within 24 hours after your order is 

submitted.  If you change your mind regarding a product you have ordered and decide to cancel or change the order after 

it has already shipped, YOU MUST STILL ACCCEPT DELIVERY OF THE ORDER.
